Course Fees & Payment terms
All course fees must be paid in advance before the first day of the course.
- Early bird Discount applies if paid 10 days in advance of course.
- Standard Fee is due no later than 5 day in advance of the course start date.
The following are the course policies and payment terms:
- Full payment of fees is required at least 5 days in advance of course commencement.
- GKC accepts Bank Deposit, Purchase Order and Bank Cheques.
- Fees may not be transferred to any institution
- Course fees are subject to change without notification.
- The name "GKC – The Greater Knowledge Company" will appear on statements for any transactions.
- For NZ students course fees will be billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- For Australia students course fees will be billed in Australian dollars (AUD).

We are happy to accept substitutions, provided notification is received 5 days prior to the course date and the required course pre-requisites are met. For cancellations, substitution & transfer(s) the following policy will apply:
- All transfers will require written notification and the following policies will apply:
- Transfers to another course date, written notification must be received within 5 days before the course start date, no charge will apply.
- Transfers after 5 days are not accepted, and will incur a fee charged of $500 or 10% of the amount paid, whichever is lesser.
- All cancellations require written notification and the following charges will apply:
- Cancellations received on the day of or after the course are not refundable.
- Cancellations received via written notification between 3 & 5 working days prior will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received more than 5 days prior to the course date will be charged a $50 administration fee and the balance will be refunded.
- All Substitutions will require written notification and the following policies will apply:
- Substitutions received 5 days prior meeting the required course pre-requisites will be charged a $50 administration fee.
- Substitutions received up to 3 days prior meeting the required course pre-requisites will be charged a $100 administration fee.
- In the unlikely event of the course in which you have enrolled is cancelled or GKC ceases to offer that course a full refund of all monies paid will be made within thirty days of receipt of claim. The claim must be in writing, dated, signed and sent or delivered to GKC. Include name, address, phone, email address and details of claim.
In the unlikely event of the course in which you have enrolled is cancelled or GKC cease to offer that course a full refund of all monies paid will be made within thirty days or an alternative course date will be offered.
